I have a proven ability to lead large teams, streamline operations, and enhance intra-practice communication. I am a passionate mentor with excellent problem-solving skills and empathy. I am highly proficient in IT and committed to continuous professional development.

Accreditation of 7 Clinics and management of Safety and Quality in those clinics.
Conduct risk management, policy review, and training for a team of 60 staff.
Lead recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, induction, and training of new staff, including clinicians.

Attended Australian Institute of Management for Leadership training courses.
